RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At Garage Lift US, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as our products are large, heavy freight items with specific return conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used lifts

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)

Return Authorization Required

  • All returns must be approved in advance.

  • To request a return, contact us at Support@garageliftus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products must be returned using a freight carrier due to size and weight.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item and associated freight costs.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Refused Deliveries

  • Refused or undeliverable shipments may be treated as returns.

  • Return freight costs and restocking fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
