Return & Refund Policy
At Garage Lift US, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as our products are large, heavy freight items with specific return conditions.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Products showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Installed or used lifts

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)
Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.

To request a return, contact us at Support@garageliftus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned using a freight carrier due to size and weight.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item and associated freight costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.

Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment without penalty.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Refused Deliveries

Refused or undeliverable shipments may be treated as returns.

Return freight costs and restocking fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
